through your profile I see that you are in Europe, your profile says you have not been professionally diagnosed but feel you are accurately diagnosed by self or unprofessionally diagnosed by someone you know who was a mental health treatment provider) with Cyclothymic disorder, OCD and general anxiety disorder. your past posts says you are an 18 yr old OCD, anxious, schizotypical boy with paranoid tendancies. you hear voices (in your words you have a war in your head) and have other paranoid thoughts going on. at one point you thought you might have cysts (did you ever get this checked out? if not my suggestion is it would be a good idea, whether its real or not its better to have something like this checked out rather than waiting and then finding out its real and untreatable because it went undiagnosed/untreated too long) you are on antidepressants, you have sleep problems and hallucinations, sometimes you struggle with remembering things you said (what you said to people) and what you may have done, you think one thing but say something different sometimes, sometimes your thoughts are of the homicidal nature, you do have a psychologist, but dont share alot with him, you feel you are starting to lack emotions, emotions you have felty before now you dont, or the emotions are delayed, you have sudden bursts of manic episodes, anger, and after your parents divorced you suddenly developed "tics" you have seen a psychiatrist for the tics and was told you are fine. ...... theres more in your past posts ...
my point of posting all this for you is to show you something...you have so many different things going on that its impossible for anyone/me to say whether this is depersonalization, even if we were allowed to make a diagnosis. psych central rules dont allow us to tell each other what their problems are called,
we can only tell you what we see in your posts, if we have had the same problems and whether our own treatment providers have diagnosed these problems in ourselves. we can also make suggestions..
my only suggestion to you is that since you have so much going on that this problem can be a part of, would be if this problem continues to bother you contact your psychologist and tell him what is going on. he will be able to look at your file, your meds, your past problems and then tell you whether this problem is a hallucination, delusion, manic , anxiety, meds or whether it is a depersonalization problem, your psychologist can also help you treat this problem so that it doesnt happen again.
