I'm sorry you are in so much pain. It just one of the processes you have to go through when something like this happens.
Don't be surprised if you also go through a time of anger. It's all a natural process.
I know you are hurting and it's ok to feel the way you do.
The best thing you can do is stay busy. If you keep your mind busy, then you tend not to focus so much on the breakup.
