It's different with everybody. I tend to have a seasonal pattern---fall/winter brings depression, and spring/summer gets me ramped up. But then I have to throw the occasional "offseason" mania and the mixed episodes in there......right now is the first time in several years that I've been really stable, so it seems like the pattern is changing. I dunno.
