Does your T charge for filling out forms such as insurance, disability etc.

My T states in her website that she does, but when I asked her to do a letter to my insurance company, she never charged me.

My pdoc on the other hand, charged me $75 each time he had to complete any kind of paperwork. I hated when a follow-up form was required to be completed by him.
