I can work efficiently, once I have a routine I think I do quite well. I just don't do we'll with someone breathing down my neck or watching me and telling me todo this now, do this faster etc. if I get stressed out then very thing goes to he'll because my brain doesn't work very well as I forget anything and everything.
I don't have a therapist but I'm on a waiting list for group therapy. I also have an appt with my family dr today to discuss it.
