The holiday season also gets me down, not that I can get much lower and I hate when someone says "things will get better soon" either.

You might volunteer a nursing home or hospital. I know that I helped out at nursing home last Thanksgiving and we took the ones that were able to go, out to eat. It was very nice to have people that enjoyed my being there. It was nice because so many don't have family to come see them.
