Well, I am currently in a darkened room keeping under observation one rather spaced out cat. The ultrasound showed that one kidney has pylonephritis, which we've got antibiotics for, and the other kidney has some kind of shape on it which could be a cyst or could be a tumour, they aren't sure, but basically it's a "we'll see how we go" situation.
