I'm looking for a new T & don't want to either

Out of 10 at least I've been to - I only opened up to a few. And no I don't want to start over with telling my story again to a stranger, build trust. Really not looking forward to it. But I really want therapy...
I think I will interview them first and not allow myself to be intimidated. A good T lets you open up in your own time frame. If they push me too far I'm out of there. And I feel like I'm ready to tell them that, rather than the usual - ya I'll call you to reschedule.
It's hard to find the right one, but will be worth it. I want to feel better.
