A few months ago, I decided I wanted to get healthier, so I started the couch to 5K running program. It starts you off slow and slowly builds up until you can run for 30 minutes. I've finished the program, but my big struggle is to keep running through the cold... Both times I've been out, it's not nearly as bad as I imagined, but it was a lot of work to get me out the door.
But that's my fitness goal, to run a 5K every month just to keep me motivated to keep running. I'm also trying to eat healthier, more fruits and veggies.
