Every therapist I have had has been available. It's one of the reasons I chose to see them.

They have been (and are) responsive to my phone calls, even though I don't call very often. Scheduling etc... They both gave me their personal cell #s. I've never used them, and likely won't.

HOWEVER, it's nice to know it's there.
