Try to get into your MD ASAP and talk to him/her. Your Dr can prescribe something for the anxiety right away.
Try some deep breathing exercises. If you have two small kids, maybe you learned deep breathing in prep for the delivery. Do that! Slow, deep breathing also helps with the racing heart. What it is, is an unnecessary, out of control adrenal gland putting out too much adrenaline. That's the Fight or Flight feeling, the racing heart, etc.
