Has she been evalutated for schizoaffective bipolar type? That's like similar to having both schizophrenia and bipolar and psychosis is not dependant on mood. My delusions didn't seem to be dependant on mood but I wasn't able to get treatment during the 5 or so years it was happening, so my dx is rather incomplete.
