Have you contacted your T in one day? I emailed my T yesterday (or the day before) and she hasn't responded yet. I emailed her after our session Wednesday because I was trying to explain to her how I was feeling that day(our session was a whole bunch of bouncing around and I didn't feel like I had made much sense to her). I had told her that I had been thinking a lot about suicide and I told her about his so she asked me to contract for safety or otherwise it was off to the hospital. Work is one of my biggest triggers and a lot has happened since I've seen her and my thoughts of suicide are more and more frequent. I brought up the option of short term disability which she said she would fill out paperwork for me. So i faxed it to her and then emailed her to make sure she received it. I talked about the issues that had happened since our appointment, but I still haven't heard anything. I left her a message today on her vm too but still nothing. I'm trying to not be needy but I was hoping to get some support from her. How long does it take you to normally hear from your T?
