One day when i was having a really tough time, my t told me to email her at least 85 times i think i made it to 15.
My t is really busy with her family, so it takes a day or two to hear back from her, if she emails back at all. She really tries. We talk on the phone a few times a week though, so we get in touch that way (we are in different countries.)
I have DID though (multiple personalities) so it is hard to keep track of how many times we email her...because we all email her. I would imagine she gets about 8 emails a day from us.
