google is amazing what you can find out from it. I was trying to get my friend's laptop DVD drive open & we couldn't even pry it open when I was trying to do the installation for her new printer.

She's NOT the technical type......I had no idea if there was some interesting way of opening the drive.....so I entered into google: "how do you open a DVD drive on a laptop that's jammed?" I got a whole list of sites to look at & one said to use a paper clip in the little hole that is close to the button that is used to normally open the drive. When I told her I needed a paperclip or something equivalent....she asked me how I found that out......so I showed her how to ask google questions of things you want to know......had to chuckle because she was so impressed & amazed.

What I find equivalently amazing is using dictation to ask my phone questions & getting it to answer....asking google to spell is one of it's more trivial abilities.
