it's normal if you are dealing with a lot of stress to also experience dissociation. Do you feel like you aren't real as well? or is it just the environment?
If you feel like it's yourself mostly then it's depersonalization.
If it's mostly your environment that feels unreal then it's derealization.
It's all dissociation and you can have both derealization and depersonalization at the same time. If you only have it because of stress then it probably wouldn't be considered any kind disorder and could probably be connected to other problems you have. You should really see a therapist though to be sure.
