If you don't feel comfortable just not texting back, you could end your text with a "talk tomorrow" or "can't text anymore this eve", and do it with the First text you answer.
This is not necessarily "easy", but you just have to put a stop to it. Sounds like this person needs to find someone who wants to spend their time texting, and you aren't that person. (& if they return text you with anything but an acknowledgement that you need not respond to, do Not respond)
Or, you could be bold and just say you aren't someone who likes texting so sorry but you just can't do it much at all...
