It really depends on what you are looking for help with and what kinds of issues you are facing.

Can you provide some more specifics about what you are wanting? For example, help managing depression or anxiety, relaxation techniques, mindfulness, specific therapies (CBT DBT etc)? There are a lot of books out there and most look at a particular issue or therapy technique.
