It's best you get DXed through an evaluation by a psychiatrists before you start wondering, working yourself up with unecessary anxiety, the "wondering" can really boggle one's mind even more.
Unfortunately the media and TV,etc. keep portraying people with Bipolar in a stereotypical way, that now there seems to be an increase of people self diagnosing themselves with, possibly non existant Bipolar disorder.
I'm not saying this to be offensive, or attempting to minimize your symptoms, I'm just suggesting you have a pdoc evaluate you and be the one to decide if you meet the criteria, you may not be Bipolar or you may,a person can have several disorders at the same time, some behaviours of them can be closely similar, so a professional evaluation is important to determine this and to what treatment to prescribe.
Keep in mind there are different degrees and types of Bipolar, so nothing is ever black and white, nor is treatment plans.
Bipolar is not a life sentence, there is treatment, and with commitment, one can lead a "normal" life.
I wish you lots of luck with this, and hope you'll find some info from the others here that may be of help.
Welcome to PC.
