Phobias, depression, disassociation,technology issues, relationship issues obessions/cmpulsions all from 75 to mid/high 80s!

Huh, interesting... Well it shows what I need improvement on and what to look into. It'll take me a while to get a actual psychiatrist because of my gp being so busy.
