"We can lead a horse to water, but we cannot make them drink." Is a quote I use, when describing what it's like to 'make' another person go to therapy. It's usually only effective when the person is willing and ready to make changes in their lives and own behaviors.

One thing, you can do, is attend individual therapy for a while, work on your own reactions and expressions used, when dealing with whatever troubles you are coming across, in your marriage.

It involves, expressing yourself, a bit differently to your wife.

If she chooses, to follow your lead, great, if not, at least you are working on yourself and growing from the experience.
