Depressive again today. Its hard to know what is hormone related and what is brain related this month... Saw both my pdocs today, they gave conflicting advice. One said to give myself a break, the other said I needed to keep going through the motions. Wondering if dropping my AP is a mistake. The male pdoc wanted to put my AD up but this episode is very minor and mild compared to others so I am not keen to do that yet, and who knows tomorrow I might be stable if my hormones allow it. Very confused but there is too much info to put in a thread so I just have to figure it out on my own.
