Thank you for updating us. It's good to see you've now had your diagnoses clarified for you. As Supanova said, there is a
forum on PsychCentral for people with Borderline Personality Disorder (BPD), which you may find helpful. Often talking about things with others can have a positive impact on your mood, especially when they're going through the same things as you are.
It's actually quite common for misdiagnoses' between Borderline Personality Disorder and Bipolar Disorder due to similarities between the two conditions.
As you've now confirmed that you are indeed diagnosed with BPD rather than Bipolar Disorder, I believe that you'd be treated with therapy-based treatments instead of medications; medication isn't nearly as effective treating and managing personality disorders as it is treating Bipolar Disorder. Thus therapy for you could be the way forward.
I'd also recommend you keep chasing up the possibility of PMDD being involved as others have said, to either rule it out or help you to find the right treatment for that part of the problem.
Be positive!
RB.
