I warmly recommend the book "Reinventing Your Life: The Breakthrough Program to End Negative Behavior and Feel Great Again" by Jeffrey Young and Janet Klosko. It's definitely one of those books that you shouldn't judge by its cover (or its title), as it's chock-full of insight and practicable advice for just about every kind of patient that they've seen in therapy over the course of two long careers. I've had a lot of people read it by now, and just about everyone finds something that applies to them and that they didn't realize before, so if you're looking for something to stimulate your thinking on your life but don't really know what specifically you're looking for, I really encourage you to pick it up.
