I don't bother memorizing anaything....I just make sure I learn where I can look things up when I need them.....don't want to fill my brain with too much stuff, so I don't bother at all.....I am willing to accept what sticks & now worry about what doesn't.....

My memory used to be a lot worse when I was living with my stbxh & was angry at him constantly...I couldn't think of the right word to use, or remember much of anything....not even why I was angry with him that time vs the previous time.....life sort of just mashed together into one huge mess.....but now things are getting better & I am learning where to find infrmation & some stuff actually does stick in my brain now.....go figure.
