A t is a therapist, a psychologist? If you're getting these from your medical doctor without any counseling or therapy, they (the md and the pharmacist) are setting you up for an addiction, imo. They don't tell you how to take the med, they dont help you deal with the causes of your anxiety, then eventually when you need more of the drug for the same calming effect, they may cut you off And accuse you of pill-seeking. I am surprised this is news to you in this day and age. But I'm even more surprised at your dr and pharmacist for starting this loop.
