I have eye contact issues because I'm autistic. My pdoc has asked me about eye contact before since I have a tendency to look away while talking and he assumes I'm distracted easily during the conversations. I reassured him and told him that I'm not lacking interest in the conversation and that having eye contact for a long duration is difficult for me.
