I'm in a really simmilar place as you right now but what helps for me is cutting all access and throwing away the numbers and places to get what I want. Or at least that's been helping right now. It means when I want it I have to go through a big battle and it gives me plenty of places to reavaluate and try and stop myself. Though I recognize this can be extremely difficult to do and sometimes your situation or environment doesn't allow for it so I hope that's not the case.

I'm really proud you tried. Giving in happens but the fact that you tried so hard to resist is what matters and what will make it just a little easier next time I think. don't be too mad at yourself and don't give up.
