Have you tried meditation or mindfulness exercises? I think that would really do you a lot of good because it calms you down and makes your thinking less scattered and more efficient. You may feel you don't have time for it, but the time investment would really pay for itself. I encourage you to try it.

Actually yes I have, I try to do them both daily

it really helps a lot with controlling my thoughts. Though if you have a website or information on how to more effectively do them I'm all for that.
