I find myself constantly checking the time, counting down minutes and hours. It has become like an obsession! Especially when I am busy doing something I don't enjoy or when I need to do something I don't enjoy. Like on Sundays, I'm constantly counting the hours until bedtime, until work, until another week starts. At work, I'm constantly checking the time, til lunch, then til home time. At night it is the same.

Is this a form of OCD? Is it treatable? How would I even begin to cure myself from this? It causes me so much anxiety and I constantly feel like I'm living on the edge! I don't want to count the hours of my life away. Can anyone please give some help or advice?
