I'm in a bipolar depression, and one of my main problems seems to be that I can't think straight, memory is worse, can't decide what I want to do next, my thinking seems sort of foggy. Do others with depression have this type of cognitive impairment?

It kind of freaks me out because I don't know what the treatment is for that. I've never had cognitive problems this bad with depression before. I think it's more than just mood; there are some cognition problems going on.

Can anyone relate?
