In my own research there are a few herbal suppliments that may be helpful. I havent been able to afford them but chasteberry, valerian, evening primrose oil, black cohosh and then vitamins like calcium, vitamin E, B-6 and magnesium are all supposed to be helpful. I have been taking vitamin B with rhodiola and fishoil, and I didnt get absolutely suicidal last cycle, but knowing it would pass probably helped too.
