only your own treatment providers can say whether this is depersonalization and derealization in you.
in me when this kind of thing happened my treatment providers call it by many names...psychosis, hallucinations, delusions, dissociative symptoms, lack of sleep, medication problems....
Again only your own treatment providers can say why this is happening to you, what it is and how best to treat it, my suggestion if this continues to bother you contact your treatment providers or if you dont have one maybe consider contacting one (a medical doctor or mental health treatment provider) in your off computer location.
