I am being treated for major depression w/ occasional psychotic features

My being medication compliant for the past 7 years has helped tremendously, (I was not always that way ), but I find now that I need to add medication to achieve the same results.

I currently take: 600 mg Effexor XR, 200 mg. Provigil, 15 mg. Remeron at night and 200 mg. Clozaril at night.

My Pdoc has recently added 75 mg. Wellbutrin to the mix. Should I be seeing some results soon??? It seems like a very small dose and I am really desperate for some relief......

Has anyone seen an improvement in their depression on such a dose?
