Hello Angel your therapist can help you come up with a plan for your OCD and there are Meds available as well for your OCD. Journaling sometimes helps yoga is also helpful for some people. Therapists generally work on trying to cut down the activity of the OCD by changing behaviors or other means of behavior therapy. There is thought stopping exercises as well that may be helpful.
