dysgraphia is a problem with writing. Have you ever been tested for that?

Your school must have a learning specialist or counselor on hand. I would talk to him/her about it. See if they have noticed anything in your school work. If they can't/won't test you, consider setting up a private evaluation (which I will warn you may be pricey).
