I go through the same things, I said "yea lol" to someone in chat on FB, and it was a huge deal, all the sudden I was cheating and he didnt want to be with me. I have decided from this day forward, I am going to start a book of "rules" and after about 6 months Im going to show him my book, so he can see how controling he is over me. When he breaks one of his own "rules" im going to highlight it to show him how unequal we are. I deleted my FB today, it starts to many problems. I wish you the best of luck, sometimes reality is the best medicine. showing them how they really act, he may not see what he dose as a problem, until its done to him.
