Same here! Also taking Wellbutrin my appetite is very light. I've lost 40 lbs over the past 4 months! When I do eat I eat! But I can go longer in between. Also when I started taking zoloft nausea and minor body tremors and muscle tension also bothered me the first week. Zoloft does indeed act more like a stim then most SSRIs and along the line of Wellbutrin. In fact I still can not take either before bed otherwise I will never sleep. All the side effects have gone now, and I started feeling the benefits by the end of the first week too! The only side effect I still have is when I yawn I get a mild rush too. I also get brain zaps once in awhile, but I actually like them lol. No complaints any more from me
