It crying is often an emotion that is shown and has to be dealt with, to make room for a new emotion. Maybe for healing, maybe for stress, maybe for new growth. I get this way some times and think WHAT THE HELL IS WRONG WITH ME. I fret and cry and worry, panic, and wonder "am I losing it." Then it all seems to face and leave me minimally scarred to face the future.
We can only hold so much terribleness, and frustration, and stress, before something has to give. Usually crying is a way of your body finding a release that is not so easy to stop, so that room can be made for something new and usually positive.
