.5 of ATIVAN is weak , about .2 of Xanax i don't think I have ever took Ativan lower than 1 mg , some people would sleep for a day on 2mg of Ativan thats 1 mg of Xanax , I could if wanted take 4mg Ativan and function fine , my body is programed . take it away though and I would implode
