It's more like assistive services -- people who are having trouble constructing their papers request a quote, then they send their ideas & their draft to you, & you edit it & offer suggestions. That's at least what I understand!! Trust me, I'd really hate to be giving some lazy student a free grade. Some people just have a much harder time forming their thoughts into a clear & fully-sourced treatise! 
All I need now is to build my portfolio so I can actually get hired. I just thought I'd post perhaps asking what others are interested in... IDK. Just a shot in the dark!!
