I'm still depressed. I got up at 11 again. But I did take a shower and I am going to Safeway for groceries and to get my 100 AirMiles. I missed out last month because I didn't go on the right day. I also need to go to Walmart and buy some ankle weights to do exercises for physiotherapy - I'm about 2 weeks late buying those. My physiotherapist will probably yell at me on Wednesday for not doing the exercises but oh well. That's the way it goes these days.
