I've had this twice now in the last week. Last night being one. I used to have it happen maybe once then id wake up and fall back asleep. But these two episodes have been it happening over and over until I couldn't take it anymore had to wake hubby to hold me. Last night was just awful and I felt for the first time like I understood why people crack up even more. I honestly felt like I was heading for another psychotic break.
Im convinced it's either the lithium or a combo of it worth over tiredness.
