Distractions help when I'm starting to feel pissy. Cleaning/scrubbing something is something I also do. If it's cold out going outside without a coat and taking a few deep breaths. Music can help. AnYthing physically exerting that's not harmful helps. I have also noticed that if you regularly participate in something physical your less likely to feel intense anger. Not sure that works for everyone tough.
Im still trying to find many more ways. Anger is a big issue for me.

Cleaning sounds like a good way to vent, it would be quite the bonus if it works out. I'm rather lazy and get distracted easily so if I had something to give me energy for it would be good, but idk how hard it would be to direct that energy. I will try it though
