Music helps in MANY ways.
Sometimes I sing angry songs at the top of my lungs for hours on end until I'm exhausted and finally fall asleep. Sometimes I use it to kick me into gear, amps me so I can start cleaning or running maniacly. Music, I use it for many things.
I used to throw things, break things, stab things, trash things pretty bad through out my teens. Then at 19 I became a mommy and had to stop and get creative for fear of scaring the shyt out of my daughter...
Try music for motivation, Idk how effective it is in general, but all music lovers I know respond very well to this method.
