I had anxiety/major depression a number of years ago and have worked hard at recovery. My days, for the most part, are really good but I still have problems with sleep, esp. bad dreams and morning anxiety. Doesn't occur every night but enough that it bothers me. When I have had a bad night I wake up almost feeling like I have a hangover.
I had a friend (a very positive person) who used to laugh and talk in her sleep. I thought that was so nice that she seemed happy even when she was asleep.
I am beginning to wonder if it is a control issue - like I have pretty good control over the daytime but none once I fall asleep. Just a thought ...
Any input or suggestions?
