Granite, I'd imagine that the important part here isn't necessarily about the radiator - but rather your reaction to the possibility that she doesn't believe you. I know that would be a huge trigger for me.

When I was in total freak out mode last week, one thing that really got to me was when I was at the psych ward for work. During my down time, I was reading books and writing out the answers to questions in the worksheets regarding csa. The client that I was working for had claimed that she had been abused in that way. The workers at the psych unit started asking me questions about what I knew about her....when I mentioned the abuse, they said, "Do you know if it really happened?"....As much as I could understand why, in this instance, it was an important question to ask, I was still quite upset about it.
