First of all, welcome to PC! and you should feel good about yourself for opening up on here and telling us about how you've been feeling!

I agree with what fayerody said, that no one can be perfect. i do however understand that some people (myself included) need to have things a certain way, or have higher expectations of themselves. Just try and be easy on yourself ... focus more on the positive things in your life, what you like about yourself, what you succeed in.
