I know how you feel
I just have to force my self to get moving. Some times getting up and showered and ready even though you may not be going anywhere will make you feel better. Maybe do that and go sit outside if the weather is good
Plan on doing something out side or in. Do you have any hobbies? When I feel this way I might do my hobby Scrap booking. I also try to go out and I just tell my self I do not want to waste another day. Doing something that is interacting with others meaning example taking a walk,going to the store,library just where there are people or maybe if you like being alone do something alone, but keeping your hands busy helps and it also helps you focus on something else.
