Hear you on the sleep, Blue_Bird. Mine's been "bad" for quite some time (up most of the night, no day sleep). Psych and BF are both on me about it.
Sort of trying, but it's my mind's prime time! Then the Catch-22. With 3-4 hours, I'm fine energy-wise, but stability-wise(??) But even to
get to sleep for
that much (like right now, 2 am and not tired at all), I have to take something. Which makes it
really hard to get up in the morning.
Only cried all of lunch time (at work, but in car). Sadly, that's an improvement. Cooked a real dinner though. That's good.
